Planning, structuring processes, defining milestones, monitoring progress, keeping an eye on finances, thinking ahead to react quickly to obstacles... This is certainly all true - but we see something more in project management:
It's about working for and with people, a friendly, competent, cooperative, flexible and also creative cooperation to achieve a common goal.
We love cooperation on a European level, learning from each other and jointly developing methods and approaches in education - vocational, cultural and adult education. Since our foundation, we have been involved in over 50 EU-funded projects (excluding mobility), as coordinator or partner in the Lifelong Learning, Erasmus+, Daphne, Europe for Citizens, and AMIF programmes.

In accordance with our experience and areas of activity, we are involved in the following subject areas:

• Work based learning
• E-learning
• Culture & Creativity
• Integration
• Innovative teaching methods
• Skills development
