Competence center

In 2007 wisamar educational institute funded together with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry the Competence Center Leipzig. Since then we are offering competence analyses and consultancy with the ProfilPASS, accredited by the German Institute for Adult Education. Since 2011 we also act as accredited Dialogue Center.

As central reference point for the ProfilPASS in Leipzig we have diverse offers related to competence analyses.

The ProfilPASS applies to adults looking for new professional challenges, supports people in situations of change, helps students, persons at the labour market, volunteers and start-ups.

For young people, students that are still not clear about their professional future or that want to prepare themselves for applications, there is a special edition of the ProfilPASS.

Both versions of the ProfilPASS serve for finding and documenting own skills and competences, independent where they were gained. No matter if in family, in spare time activities or in the daily job-life - you learn always and everywhere.

You know more than you think is therefore the motto of the ProfilPASS. An instrument, developed by the German Institute for Adult Education which allows the clients to get clear about the different competences by a followed self-reflection.
